Welcome to College Surgery Partnership
(CSP), an integrated centre for health in Mid Devon. The practice
operates on four sites with ten doctors to serve a community
of some 14,000 patients living in rural communities over an
area of 100 sq. miles.

College Surgery Cullompton is the centre of the practice but
we also have fully equipped surgeries at Bradninch, Uffculme
and Willand.
We are a family practice offering
a full range of healthcare. We are committed to preventative
medicine and healthy living in both traditional and
complementary forms.
We have a very positive
approach to the future of the practice and our ability
to deliver a good service for our patients. We aim to
be friendly and relaxed. We hope our surgeries are calm
and positive places for patients and staff.
Patient Support Group
We are a group of volunteers providing support to Partners and Staff at College Surgery. We fund raise to provide additional equipment for the surgery not provided by the NHS.
The new Culm Valley Integrated Centre for Health has now been open for almost three months and The Patient Support Group, which is made up of a number of volunteers from across the practice , is becoming very active in organising Evening Health Lectures that, it is hoped, will be of interest to the whole community.
Many of you will have already used our urgent treatment service (CUTS). This is designed to respond to your health needs that cannot wait for routine appointments at the surgery. We hope you have found it helpful.
