Obtain test results

The results come in during the morning and have to be seen by the doctor before the results can be given out, so the results are not available to you before noon. We have one member of staff who keeps track of test results and you can ring her from 11am to 12.30pm on 01884 831300.

Other members of staff are able to deal with your call (via the general enquiries number) after 12.30pm. They know less about the details and may take longer to get you an answer.

If you are waiting for an urgent test result please ring after 5pm to give the laboratory time to get the result to the doctor. We may need to call you back if an answer is not readily available.
